All lash appointments require a card on file strictly for cancellations and no-show protection.

You must reschedule your appointment 48 hours before the service.
If you wish to cancel, a cancellation fee will likely be charged to the card on file.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hour notice, and more than two weeks out, you will likely be charged a cancellation fee.
If you cancel your appointment within 2 hours of the service you will be charged 50% of your service.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel 48 hours before your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Please, no outside guests unless approved.
Clients past 15 minutes late are subject to cancellation fees of up to 50% of the service costs.
If you are feeling any flu-like symptoms please reschedule your appointment within 1 - 2 weeks.
