About lash retention
Lash retention is a word that gets used in many hot topics among the lash industry. But what does this mean? Lash retention simply means the total amount of lash extensions that are still completely attached between treatments.
The fundamentals of eyelash retention
Many clients prefer longer and more durable eyelashes to maximize the total amount of money spent on the lashes. One of the most common questions that clients ask their technicians, is how long should an eyelash last. The duration of the eyelashes usually depends. After fixing, the eyelash extension should be in great condition for anywhere between 2 and 4 weeks. At this time, the extensions will usually feel and look fluffy and full. However, with time, the condition of the lash extensions will deteriorate. This means that you will have to return to your technician to touch it up. A lash touch-up is cheaper in comparison to fixing a set of new eyelashes.
