Here's what you need to know!

Eyelash extensions are so fabulous and give that effortless everyday beauty that all women (and my certain queenly men!) deserve. They are low maintenance in my opinion and require little effort on a day to day basis! As long as you can add tending to your lashes into your daily self care routine, you can certainly rock these beautiful show stopping additions to your enhance your natural beauty.
Let's not get ahead of ourselves quite yet, although yes, I'm really excited too! Here are some things you need to consider before booking your lash appointment:
Lash Extensions take time. Depending on which style of eyelash extensions you choose, individual lash application takes time. A classic full set can take as long as 2 hours and a hybrid and volume full sets can take as long as 3 hours. Individual lash extensions mean each lash extensions is carefully and safely applied to just one natural lash. This is the best method to promote healthy lash growth and hygienic application. One to one application takes time and patience to achieve your optimal health and beauty needs. You can relax, you can even nap during this time. You may bring your headphones and listen to your favorite podcast while receiving this service! Time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the process.
Lash extensions do require maintenance. They are semi permanent, so in order to keep your extensions beautiful and healthy, you should take into consideration that lashes do need to be refilled every 2 to 3 weeks just like gel nail polish. This is to keep up with natural growth and natural lash loss. Every person loses up to 2-5 natural lashes daily. To combat this, a lash artist will apply a lash extension to 90-100% of all your natural lashes. During your fills, we will remove outgrown lashes and a fill in what needs to be tended to. Also, it is important to cleanse your lashes daily with lash shampoo. They must be kept very clean!
You get what you pay for. Poor application can harm your natural lashes and affect your eye health. Thankfully, states are starting to buckle down on eyelash extension artist requiring a license and a safe place to provide these services. Do your research! It is important that you go to a more experienced lash artist to ensure you have the safest and cleanliest application available. There are very many qualified home salons, but it is best practice to see a lash artist who has an established lash extension business registered in your state!
Consider your allergies, if any. It is important for you eye health and the retention of your lashes that you are not touching them often with your hands or rubbing on your eyes. You must avoiding picking at your lashes and things that may irritate your eyes.
Consider the amount of natural lashes you have. If your lashes are damaged or very scares you may have to go for a light volume set to fill in those gaps. Lash extensions are great for these type of lashes, just please don't expect long and voluptuous lashes, because your lash health is our top priority!
With all things considered, are you ready for this life of glam! Go ahead and click the "Book Now" tab in our drop down menu and lets get you on the road to "I woke up like this" lashes!
Lashes can look very natural if that is your preference, they are customizable, and you can toss those lash strips in the garbage!
